Follow this steps:
a. Open the document
b. Press File, then Save As - CommStrategies by (YOUR NAME) WHERE - DESKTOP
c. To write on the document, place the cursor where you want to begin writing and press TOOLS -
ANNOTATE - ADD TEXT - you can begin typing
d. The text will be bigger by default so you have to make it smaller. To do this:
press TOOLS - SHOW TEXT - the font window will open and you can change the font size from there
e. Always “SAVE” your work from time to time. You do not have to do “SAVE AS” anymore.
